Terms of Service

1. Eligibility Criteria

Who is Eligible:

To be eligible to participate in the Bingo Card Creator Affiliate Program ("Program"), you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have an active website, blog, or social media presence that is relevant to the services provided by Bingo Card Creator.
• Agree to abide by these Terms of Service, as well as any other guidelines and policies provided to you by Bingo Card Creator.

2. Commission Policies

Flexibility in Commission Rates:

Bingo Card Creator reserves the right to change the commission policies at its sole discretion. Changes may include, but are not limited to, commission rates, the method of commission calculation, and types of commissionable activities. Any changes will be communicated to affiliates in writing, and continued participation in the Program will constitute acceptance of these changes.

3. Payment Terms

Frequency and Minimum Thresholds:

• Payments will be made on a monthly basis.
• The minimum threshold for commission payments is $10.

If your commission balance is below $10, the amount will be rolled over to the next payment period.

4. Usage of Brand Assets

Brand and Logo Guidelines:

Affiliates are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use Bingo Card Creator’s brand assets including, but not limited to, our logo, for the purpose of promoting our services. All usage must adhere to the branding guidelines provided by Bingo Card Creator. Any deviation from these guidelines may result in immediate termination from the Program.

5. Expulsion Causes

Grounds for Termination:

Activities that may result in expulsion from the Program include, but are not limited to:

• Fraudulent activities or suspected fraud.
• Misuse or unauthorized use of Bingo Card Creator’s brand assets.
• Violation of any terms within this agreement or any other guidelines provided by Bingo Card Creator.

6. General Provisions

• Bingo Card Creator reserves the right to terminate the Program at any time for any reason.
• These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bingo Card Creator operates.

7. Confidentiality

Handling of Sensitive Information:

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information obtained during the partnership. Sharing or misuse of confidential information will be grounds for immediate expulsion from the Program and may result in legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

Disclaimer:

Bingo Card Creator will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this Program.

9. Dispute Resolution

Arbitration Clause:

Any disputes arising out of or related to the Program will be resolved through arbitration in the jurisdiction where Bingo Card Creator operates.

10. Tax Responsibilities

Affiliate Tax Obligations:

Affiliates are solely responsible for any tax obligations incurred as a result of their participation in the Program. Bingo Card Creator is not responsible for withholding taxes from commission payments.

11. Modifications to the terms

Bingo Card Creator reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued participation in the Program following any modifications indicates acceptance of the new terms.
